We want you to have a great shopping experience. Returns are accepted only if requested within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong size.
• You received a different product than what you ordered.

The product must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• In its original condition.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to:

• Damaged product
• Incorrect product
• Manufacturing defect

We will bear the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
